OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO, GUAM, AND ALL OTHER U.S. POSSESSIONS AND FOREIGN TERRITORIES) AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) WHO ARE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT AFFECT OR IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. Contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Enter online by visiting www.compassrecords.com/contests.php and complete and submit an online entry form. All methods of entry carry an equal chance of winning. Only one entry per person is permitted. Use of multiple email addresses to enter is prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the identified email account was registered. All entries must be by original, manual keystrokes of the individual entrant without assistance of any kind, including mechanical, form filling, or other software or robotic assistance. Proof of sending will not be proof of receipt.
4. Contests are open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and foreign territories not otherwise mentioned herein) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 16 years of age, as of the date of entry. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. Contests are not open to employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Compass Records and each of Compass Records' parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and/or assigns, Compass Records' advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and the immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son or spouse, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of any of the foregoing (collectively, "Contest Entities").
5. The contests begin at 12:01am on given start date and close at 12am midnight on given end date. Compass Records is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or destroyed entries. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry.
6. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. The products chosen must be products available for shipment to Canada. Given the nature of the special order arrangements, no returns, refunds, or exchanges of product obtained in this manner shall be permitted, nor will the winner be permitted to purchase products with a total value, including applicable taxes and duties. If the total value of products ordered in this manner does not reach the given value, any unused portion shall be forfeited. All products ordered in this manner will be delivered. All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except that Compass Records reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute with either the cash value of the applicable prize that would otherwise have been awarded, or a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Compass Records is not responsible for replacing a prize if lost, stolen, mutilated, or is otherwise rendered unusable due to any act or omission of prize winner. Redemption of prizes are subject to the terms and conditions thereof. Applicable federal, state, provincial, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the prizes or the use or redemption thereof is the sole responsibility of the winners. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners.
7. The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Compass Records on or about given end date, and winner(s) will be notified by phone or e-mail. If an eligible minor is confirmed as a prize winner, prize will be awarded in the name of said minor's parent or legal guardian. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Compass Records are final and binding on all entrants.
8. All entries become the property of Compass Records, and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, each entrant (or, if entrant is a minor, entrant's parent or legal guardian) agrees to comply with these official rules and that Compass Records is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contests or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Compass Records assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of, the web site or any technical failure or malfunction, or any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or other property. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPASS RECORDS OR ANY CONTEST ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ANY PRIZES WON, YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF ANY OF SEPHORA'S WEB SITE, OR THE ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, AND/OR PRINTING OF ANY MATERIAL AVAILABLE ON SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON SEPHORA'S WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND THERE IS NO CONDITION, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9. By accepting a contest prize, each winner (or, if winner is a minor, winner's parent or legal guardian), where permitted by law, grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing at Sephora's request) to Compass Records the right to use and publish winner's name, address, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and comments for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without notification, review, or approval, and without additional consideration, worldwide, and on the Internet. The selected entrant (or, if the selected entrant is a minor, selected entrant's parent or legal guardian) may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or a liability/publicity release, which must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Failure to sign and return such documents within the specified time, or if prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if selected entrant is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selected entrant in Compass Records sole discretion in accordance with these official rules. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, EACH WINNER (OR, IF WINNER IS A MINOR, WINNER'S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN) RELEASES AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS COMPASS RECORDS AND ALL CONTEST ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY.
10. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances including, but not limited to, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, which, in Compass Records sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Compass Records reserves the right, in its sole discretion and determination of fairness, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest and to select the winners from entries received prior to such action, in accordance with these official rules. Compass Records may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, operation of the contest, or violates these official rules.
11. By entering the contest, each entrant (or, if entrant is a minor, entrant's parent or legal guardian) acknowledges he/she has read, understands, and will abide by these official rules. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and/or Compass Records in connection with the contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to the conflict of laws principles.

13. The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the contest will be used by Compass Records for the purposes of administration of the contest and as otherwise permitted in accordance with Compass Records Privacy Policy.
