PAYMENT
- Domestic Orders: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. For mail orders only, we also accept money orders, bank cashier's checks and personal checks.
- International orders: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, as well as International Money Orders drawn on an U.S. bank only. We regret that we cannot accept Canadian or other foreign Postal Money Orders.
- Make checks or money orders payable to Compass Records.
- We require payment in full upon placement of your order. We regret that we cannot accept COD payment. Please provide your billing address if your shipping address is different from your billing address.
PRICES

BACKORDERS
- If an item you ordered is on backorder, we will hold your order for approximately 5 working days until that item is in stock.
- If the hold period is expected to be longer than 5 working days, we may ship your order incomplete and ship the backordered item later, at no extra charge to you. We recommend that you call or email us before placing your order to ensure that the desired items are in stock.
RETURNS
- We will gladly exchange any item purchased directly from us that is damaged, misshipped or which has a manufacturer's defect, and will pay the shipping cost for its replacement.
- If you order an item, and then decide you don't want it, we will exchange that item only if it is unopened with the shrink-wrap intact, and require that you pay for the return shipping.
- All returns should be sent postage paid to the following address: Compass Records, 916 19th Avenue South, Nashville TN 37212.
- All items purchased from a retail location must be returned directly to the retailer. We cannot accept these returns for any reason.
- We will accept only defective items purchased from our artists at shows or festivals, in exchange for the same item. Please send the defective item(s) to: Compass Records, Attn. Sales Department, 916 19th Avenue South, Nashville TN 37212. Please include your return address, and where the item was purchased (when possible).

SHIPPING INFORMATION
- If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please notify us when you place your order. If you are sending a gift order to someone in addition to the order that you are placing for yourself, a second shipping and handling charge is required for the gift order address.
- Orders will normally ship within two working days of receipt of the order.
- Credit card authorization problems, items out of stock or especially heavy business periods such as the winter holidays may cause order turn-around to be slightly longer than expected.
