Formed in 2005 at the Catskills Irish Arts Week and named by festival director and Irish Voice journalist Paul Keating, the Pride of New York is excited to return in 2009 with their self-titlted debut album in hand. "Its fantastic to be returning to the Catskills and launching the album amongst so many of our friends and peers. This week has become a yearly mecca for traditional music lovers across America and we are thrilled to be among the performers," says Joanie Madden of Pride of New York and Cherish the Ladies.
